Our Team
History
Founded in California in 2014, Wolverine was established by Tony O'Neill and Jon Mesa, who possess extensive experience in the acquisition, management, and liquidation of distressed real estate and debt instruments. Wolverine's deep experience in this space enables it to identify and capitalize on opportunities in overlooked areas of the market.

Since its inception, Wolverine has had a commitment to being highly selective about what is acquired to honor its sense of responsibility to its partners. Today, Wolverine has an active portfolio of over $250M in assets spanning civil judgments, non-performing loans, and bankruptcy claims.

Wolverine has also funded millions of dollars in loans to receivers and bankruptcy trustees for the resolution of complicated cases and distressed real estate.
